The new variant and all the information around the COVID19 pandemic can be scary and confusing. I want to assure you I am doing my very best to accommodate clients while always maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Although not mandatory, I encourage clients to wear masks or facial coverings if they feel they should, and wash or sanitize hands upon entering. I have hand sanitizer, handwipes and mask readily available at all times in the event you may have forgotten yours.
I maintain a close eye on my health and the health of those I come in contact with. If there are any signs of someone potentially being ill, I do my best to stay clear from them and ask that clients attempt to do the same, not just for their own
wellbeing but for mine as well.
I ask that you stay home if you are feeling sick. If you need to reschedule due to illness, I'll work with you to avoid not losing your prepaid treatment and may waive the 50% cancellation fee if it is unforeseen and you cannot meet the 24-hr. notification. I also have the ability to provide certain services remotely upon client request.
Regardless of how anyone feels about what does or doesn't work to mitigate the spread of the virus, here is what I do know: there are things that may not help but they definitely do not hurt. That being said, as a result of the recent influx of cases, I am stepping
back to the following guidelines for everyone to follow and understand they may be asked to be subjected to the following:
* I MAY ask to temperature screen you upon arrival.
* I MAY ask that you wear a mask in the common areas of
the shop and in treatment area.
* I MAY ask that you please limit the number of persons you bring
with you that are not receiving a treatment or service to one (1).
The most important thing is to make sure I conduct business in a safe manner for everyone's sake, regardless of what others may or may not presume.
Safety is a priority to me for the sake of my clients, their loved ones and my own.
